"towards another (big bang) theory" is an ongoing series exploring the relationship between terror and the sublime. more »"towards another (big bang) theory" is an ongoing series exploring the relationship between terror and the sublime. These are the pictures I presented for my BFA (Hons) graduate exhibition at the Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland 2009. Four pieces from the series are included in "reGeneration2 - Tomorrow's Photographers Today" produced by the Musée de l'Elysée, Lausanne, Switzerland and published by Thames & Hudson. The associated exhibition is currently touring Europe and the United States.
Selections from the series have also been exhibited in the group show "Moment & Eternity - A New Zealand View" at the Pingyao International Photography Festival, Pingyao, China 2011, and are to be included in the Fotojakta Festival of Creative Photography, Czech Republic, 2012.
Limited edition prints from the series are available from Diemar/Noble Photography Gallery, London, Galerie Florence Moll, Paris, and {Suite} Gallery, Wellington.
